Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including sorting and dispatching, staff management, and coordination with delivery providers.

Your leadership will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction in our logistics network. You will manage automated sorting processes, maintenance coordination, and staffing with temp and full-time workers, while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse, fulfillment, or last-mile logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines (cross-belt, tilt-tray, loop sorter).
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics, last-mile delivery flow, and SLA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agencies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sorting operations management, improve capacity and cost efficiency.
• Operate and supervise automated sorting machines and related equipment; coordinate maintenance.
• Forecast labor requirements and manage staffing agency relationships; supervise onboarding and productivity.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies, SOPs, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain real-time visibility of parcel flow; ensure SLAs for processing and dispatch.
• Produce and present daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs.
