Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting, dispatching, staff management, and coordination with delivery providers.

The role focuses on optimizing flow, safety, and service levels in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated sorting machines, strong leadership, and a track record of managing teams and agency staff.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines.
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics and SLA needs.
• Experience managing large teams, including staffing agencies.
• Proficient in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, dashboards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sorting operations and throughput.
• Operate and supervise automated sorting machines.
• Forecast labor needs and manage staffing agencies.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain real-time parcel flow and SLA adherence.
• Produce operational reports and KPI insights.
