Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves developing teams, ensuring policy compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

You will train staff, coordinate with management, and foster a positive, proactive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensure department resources maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
