Job summary

Biagi Bros Inc. is hiring a full-time forklift operator to handle products in a food-grade warehouse. You will operate sit-down forklifts, perform daily safety checks, assist with inventory counts, and ensure accurate unloading, staging and loading of outbound orders.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends. Company offers strong benefits and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience in a warehouse setting is needed.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) desired.
• Active driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe, accurate handling of products in the facility.
• Operate propane and electric forklifts and attachments for unloading, stacking and picking.
• Support inventories with counts and cycle counts, maintain housekeeping.
• Complete daily forklift safety checks and report any issues.
• Unload trailers, containers, and railcars following safety procedures.
• Pull and verify outbound orders, load according to diagrams and limits.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in continuous improvement.
