Job summary

Biagi Bros. in Montclair, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the forklift crew and daily warehouse operations. You will communicate priorities, train staff, and uphold safety, security, and inventory controls for all shipments and receipts.

You will report to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and work Sunday–Thursday with a 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. schedule, reinforcing a productive, compliant team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Fluent English communication required; bilingual a plus.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts is preferred.
• Able to operate RF scanners and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise forklift warehouse crew and temporary staff.
• Communicate daily plan and priorities to warehouse team.
• Train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report anomalies.
• Ensure safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
