Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop warehouse associates across shifts.
• Plan daily labor and workflow based on volume and priorities.
• Direct receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Promote safety and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and service levels.
• Maintain inventory integrity and conduct cycle counts.
• Train staff on standard work, safety, and systems.
• Communicate shift handoffs and operational changes clearly.
