Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations within a Manufacturing Center or Hub. You will lead, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring safe and efficient processes across clerks, pallet builders, checkers, loaders, and drivers.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• 1–2 years supervising or leading people in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and successful completion of tasks.
• Trains and supervises a staff of warehouse personnel and evaluates processes.
• Communicates with other departments and stakeholders on process improvements, quality, and issues.
• Models and enforces safety culture and 100% safety policy compliance.
• Leads interviewing of potential candidates and directs work in designated areas.
