Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• PIT certification to be obtained upon hire.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory management and data systems preferred.
• Basic computer applications (Word, Excel) and SAP.
• Capable of cross-training within the warehouse department.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and PPE usage; report hazards and incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping, loading/unloading, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and manage yard operations.
• Improve warehouse layout and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with staff and provide guidance to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping.
