Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to optimize inbound/outbound traffic, manage shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy at our Kansas facility. You will oversee yard operations, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with warehousing teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Required 1 year of warehouse experience, high school diploma, and PIT forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of one year of work experience in a warehouse or inventory setting.
Experience with data systems and inventory management is preferred.
PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) experience required; ability to obtain PIT certification on hire.

Responsibilities

Safety: follow PPE rules and report hazards; monitor traffic at the Production Campus and main entrance during evenings/weekends.
Inventory Management: track stock levels, movements, and locations; perform cycles & audits.
Shipping and Receiving: oversee inbound/outbound shipments, verify docs, coordinate with carriers, supervise loading/unloading.
Warehouse Organization: optimize layout and cleanliness to maximize efficiency.
Quality Control: monitor product quality and investigate issues; document findings.
Team Collaboration: coordinate with staff and train personnel as needed.
Compliance and Documentation: maintain accurate shipment/inventory records and adhere to policies.
