Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution or operations.
• Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Plan, direct, schedule and assign jobs for a team of employees.
• Coach, mentor and motivate warehouse staff; manage performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure safety, organization and reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
