SemiTorr Group, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient operations at Livermore distribution facilities. You will oversee SOP compliance, cost controls, and performance across assigned areas, and you may assume manager duties as needed.

The role requires training staff to meet department goals and safeguarding a safe working environment. You will handle asset protection, inventory and vendor management, open/close the distribution center, address customer issues, and support

Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Technical certification or an Associate degree may be required in some areas.

Responsabilités

• Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals
• Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas
• Controls warehouse expenses
• Ensures compliance with all personnel policies
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates including safety programs and workers’ compensation / general liability adherence
• Enforces asset protection and hazmat programs
• Opens and closes the distribution center, authorizes refunds, and handles customer problems
• May act as manager and perform other duties as assigned
