Job summary

AdminBridge in Akron is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate inventory control and timely shipping. You will implement efficient processes and train staff while maintaining safety standards.

You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments in a fast-paced environment, and bring 3+ years of supervisory experience along with a solid grasp of WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and WMS preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Akron As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers providing guidance and support as needed The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

Salary $1600 per month

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping goods
• Manage a team of warehouse workers assigning tasks and monitoring their performance
• Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained
• Monitor stock levels and order new supplies as needed
• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met

Requirements
