Job summary

World’s Finest Chocolate is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfillment.

You will report to the Agile Warehouse Manager, drive continuous improvement, partner with Inventory, EH&S, and Quality teams, and promote accountability, teamwork, and clear communication across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team productivity and quality to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Plan productivity, workflow, and capacity with SQF standards.
• Collaborate with Inventory Manager to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead shipping, receiving, quality, inventory control and logistics.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and clear communication.
