Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse & DC Supervisor to drive engagement, productivity and safety in the inbound/outbound area. You will lead hourly associates, coordinate staffing, and partner with inventory, solutions, and sales teams to align with site goals.

Responsibilities include coaching leads, maintaining metrics, and ensuring on-time order processing while upholding quality standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business preferred (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of distribution experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates in picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Coordinate staffing and productivity with management to meet service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and generate daily operational reports.
• Coach and develop leads; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with inventory, solutions, and sales teams to meet site goals.
