Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity alongside Operations leadership.

You will oversee shipments, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and reporting, with hands-on work in varied temperatures and PPE; this role offers growth opportunities within a leading temperature-controlled logistics company.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Able to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F with PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide feedback and assign duties to direct reports.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel.
• Monitor sales, record control and purchasing activities.
