Job summary

PLA in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive production performance, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will partner with onsite leadership, manage scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews, and serve as the communication link between operations, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
