TriMark Marlinn in Rogers, Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and oversee stock control, safety, and efficient operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a management role in the warehouse or commercial foodservice industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team management and leadership experience.
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all warehouse resources and activities to meet company targets.
• Develop staff through training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met within the warehouse.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports to monitor warehouse performance and stock control.
• Create daily work logs and conduct audits of daily labor and billing reports.
• Oversee supply needs for the warehouse and collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager.
