Qualifications

• College degree/Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• Three (3) years or more supervisory experience in a warehouse or Transportation.
• Three (3) years or more experience in performance management and meetings (H&S, Employee committee).
• Three (3) years or more experience investigating and reporting workplace incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift performance.
• Monitor progress, coach staff, and recognize successes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases.
