Job summary

Darigold, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Rainier WA warehouse team. You will provide supervision for warehouse operations, coach staff, ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time shipping while reducing waste and improving processes.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to collaborate with other departments, and experience with inventory management systems such as Oracle ERP. Flexibility for variable hours including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Dairy, Grocery, or Warehouse industry background is ideal.
• Prior experience supervising in a unionized environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the warehouse teams to ensure safety, accuracy, and quality.
• Lead meetings and develop team communication and performance.
• Analyze inventory issues and reconcile discrepancies in ERP.
