Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a DC Operations Lead to support distribution center operations, driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This lead role operates with autonomy and cross-functional influence, reporting to the DC Manager.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, inventory control, inbound/outbound coordination, and ensuring compliance with food safety and ERP/WMS processes. Full-time with multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient with PC applications and typing.
• Strong organization and coordination abilities for cross-functional work.
• Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch outbound shipments; coordinate with logistics.
• Ensure accurate processing of shipments (wave, pick, load, invoice).
• Prevent shortages and chargebacks through proactive issue resolution.
• Safeguard inventory and financial integrity across all transactions.
• Coordinate inbound scheduling and receiving, transfers, and DRP leads.
• Maintain system accuracy and provide real-time updates in YMS and CMS.
