Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the warehouse and associated personnel to ensure safety, accuracy, reliability, sanitation, and quality.
• Prepare and conduct team meetings for effective communication and development of teams.
• Develop expert knowledge of warehouse processes and all associated equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform daily checks and reports to ensure order accuracy and quality of products shipped.
• Lead and participate in project teams focused on improving efficiency, safety, quality, reliability, and reducing waste.
• Reinforce urgency during downtime and communicate issues to management.
• Collaborate with other departments within operations.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system; adjust records as needed.
• Monitor inventory data in ERP to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Assist in training staff on inventory management and ERP usage.
• Must be able to work variable hours and weekends; schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/off-shift hours.
