Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Irving, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire the warehouse team at our Irving distribution center. You will oversee daily workflows, drive productivity, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching; ensuring DOT/OSHA compliance; promoting a safety-first culture; coordinating with fulfillment and 3PL operations; and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field or 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hiring, onboarding, training and coaching of warehouse staff.
• Ensure DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices are followed.
• Promote a safety-first culture with training and daily checks.
• Manage schedules, assign work, and monitor performance toward daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan daily shipping and meet goals.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve shipping issues and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and warehouse SOPs; maintain 5S.
