Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Irving, TX to lead the warehouse team at our distribution center. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and accuracy, and coach a diverse team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage schedules, collaborate across fulfillment, and implement 5S and SOPs while maintaining inventory accuracy and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Experience managing diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
• Pays attention to detail and is a known problem solver.
• Excellent leader, communicator, and collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your team in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Demonstrate understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through training and daily checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan daily shipping strategies.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve shipping-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S organization.

Who are we looking for? Someone who…

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience

• Possesses experience managing diverse warehouse teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus

• Is able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Is comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet in non-climate-controlled conditions
