The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years supervisory warehouse experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ERP familiarity. You’ll manage schedules, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Ensure DOT regulations and OSHA requirements are followed.
• Promote safety culture through training and daily checks.
• Manage schedules, assign work, and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve shipping issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain SOP compliance and warehouse cleanliness.
