Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a high‑performing warehouse team. You will drive daily workflows, optimize shipping strategies, and ensure inventory accuracy and a safe working environment.

You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching, while coordinating with 3PL partners and fulfillment teams to meet KPIs. A strong background in DOT/OSHA, ERP and MS Office will support your success in this fast-paced automotive aftermarket

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule for multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Experience managing diverse warehouse teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Warehouse Supervisor Location: Irving, TX

Role Summary

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for logistics, team development, and continuous improvement? At Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. we’re seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire our warehouse team at our Irving, TX distribution center.

This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to grow their career in the automotive aftermarket industry.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Lead and manage your team when hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.
• Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
• Has flexible schedule availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends
• Possesses experience managing diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
• Pays attention to detail and is a known problem solver
• Is an excellent leader, communicator, and collaborator
• Is able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Is comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet in non-climate-controlled conditions
