Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a fast-paced warehouse team at our Irving distribution center. You will oversee daily workflows, improve productivity, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or 5+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive KPIs, implement 5S, and coordinate with 3PL partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Ensure DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through training, oversight, and daily checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan daily shipping strategies.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve shipping-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using 5S methodology.

This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to grow their career in the automotive aftermarket industry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

What is the job? You will…

• Lead and manage your team when hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
• Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks.
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.
• Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.

Who are we looking for? Someone who…

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business , or related field; OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
• Has flexible schedule availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends
• Possesses experience managing diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
• Pays attention to detail and is a known problem solver
• Is an excellent leader, communicator, and collaborator.
• Is able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Is comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet in non-climate-controlled conditions
