Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to serve as Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, full-time. The schedule is Monday through Saturday with early morning shifts, coordinated with the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.

You will oversee the warehouse team, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory, support the Branch Manager, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• Previous experience in vending/foodservice preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of a company.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good driving record.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient and economical running of the Warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Oversee and participate in shipping activities to ensure accuracy, condition of shipments.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review shipping discrepancies and rectify problems with relevant team members.
• Conduct Inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies when needed.
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
