Job summary

Home Furnishings Resource Group, Inc. in Columbia, TN is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, storage, and shipping activities.

This role coordinates the warehouse team, maintains inventory accuracy with NetSuite, and ensures orders and shipments are processed safely and on schedule. The successful candidate will work on the warehouse floor and in our computer systems, communicating with purchasing, customer service, operations, and transportation providers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in warehouse supervision or team lead roles.
• Experience with receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping.
• Strong computer skills; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff with safety and quality standards.
• Verify inbound receipts and outbound shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
