Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, shipping, and receiving. You will manage labor, ensure safety compliance, and lead staff development in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating onboarding, training, and forklift operations while maintaining documentation and customer satisfaction. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years Warehouse Leadership Experience preferred.
• WMS and handheld scanner experience.
• Occasional travel may be required for training, company events, or site visits.
• Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in-house training.
• Must be willing to work overtime weekends and holidays as requested by manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse staff and maintain regular communication with the Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Monitor and manage receiving and shipping schedules; unloading, loading, and handling of materials.
• Oversee clerical tasks related to receiving, shipping, and scheduling inbound/outbound loads.
• Maintain payroll records including timecards and time-off; coordinate with HR.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires; track retraining requirements.
• Assist with forklift training and daily safe equipment operation.
• Review equipment inspection and maintenance records; report issues.
• Lead daily shift huddle meetings on goals, safety, and KPIs.
• Lead food safety culture in food-grade warehouses and audit standards.
• Lead accident investigations and corrective actions; administer drug testing as required.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety observations; report violations.
• Build positive customer relationships and support service excellence.
• Strategically plan and manage receiving, storage, and shipping to maximize accuracy and minimize claims.
• Supervise labor scheduling and space utilization within budget.
• Analyze volumes to plan daily labor needs.
• Create and maintain a trained cross-functional staff; perform reviews.
• Maintain facility safety and security plan; support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
