Job summary

Keller Logistics Group in Defiance, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and safety.

You will lead and develop staff, enforce policies, coordinate with management, manage labor, maintain records, and ensure OSHA compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and cost-effective operations. This is a full-time role with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• 5 years Warehouse Leadership Experience preferred.
• WMS and handheld scanner experience.
• Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in-house training.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as requested.
• PPE as required by each facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse staff and maintain communication with the Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate counts, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor receiving/shipping schedules and proper handling of materials.
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR on timecards and attendance.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires and retraining requirements.
• Lead forklift training and ensure safe equipment operation.
• Lead daily shift meetings to communicate goals and KPIs.
• Lead food safety culture in applicable facilities and audit safety standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and report violations; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
