Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse staff and maintain regular communication with the Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate counts, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and document records.
• Coordinate receiving/shipping schedules and ensure proper unloading/loading of materials.
• Oversee clerk/inventory tasks and ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires with HR and safety training.
• Assist with forklift training and daily safe equipment operation.
• Lead daily shift meetings to discuss goals, performance, and safety.
• Lead food safety culture in applicable facilities and audit safety standards.
• Support accident investigations and corrective actions; enforce OSHA compliance.
