Job summary

American Bolt Corporation, a family-owned fastener distributor based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 33-35 person team in New Berlin. This full-time, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

role requires hands-on leadership, a growth mindset, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across departments, drive operational excellence with ERP/WMS systems, and foster a high-performing culture that values employees and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years warehouse experience and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Experience leading large teams and driving safety and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and MS 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Share leadership of 33-35 employees with another supervisor; oversee operations and people.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
• Meet customer/partner commitments accurately and on time.
• Promote safety culture and maintain organized work areas.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions collaboratively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, and Operations.
• Stay calm during peak demand and shifting priorities.
• Encourage learning and career development for staff.
• Utilize ERP/WMS and MS 365 to optimize workflows.
