Job summary

Standard Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Milwaukee, WI operations. You will supervise eleven warehouse associates, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, and drive safety and efficiency across daily activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on customer service excellence. Competitive benefits accompany a $80,000–$82,000 yearly salary. Hours are 7:30AM–4:30PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of warehouse, distribution, leadership and management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CDL not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lb unassisted and 70 lb with assistance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• RF barcoding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Warehouse Associates to manage inventory levels, replenishment, and product availability.
• Ensure VMI operations are executed efficiently and maintain customer relationships.
• Partner with Inventory Services Manager to ensure inventory accuracy and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates; address employee relations with HR.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and recognition.
