Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a Materials Warehouse Supervisor in Superior, WI.

The role leads a warehouse team, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. The supervisor will manage scheduling, inventory accuracy, team development, cross-shift coordination, and procurement of packaging supplies while upholding safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse distribution experience or related field.
• Prior experience of project management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and team goals with staff.
• Grow and develop the Material Handling team through training.
• Verify and inventory items with proper stock numbers and locations.
• Conduct cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
• Manage staffing schedules, vacations, and timecards.
• Oversee ordering of packaging and supplies.
• Enforce safety, quality policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and performance development for staff.
• Engage with staff to plan training and progression.
• Use HRIS (ADP) to manage attendance and reviews.
• Participate in interviewing for shifts.
