The Chefs' Warehouse, a leading broadline food service distributor based in Hanover, MD, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, direct and coordinate operations. You will manage material planning, inventory control and timely product delivery while upholding USDA/FDA compliance and safety standards.

You'll hire, coach and mentor staff, collaborate with the executive team, and drive continuous improvement toward annual goals. Previous produce/food distribution experience is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of senior management experience.
• Minimum five years related experience in a high-level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversees planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecasted replenishment to finished goods delivery.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.
• Supports product launches through timely material acquisitions.
• Oversee all warehouse operations for efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Lead hiring, coaching and mentoring of staff; collaborate with executive team.
• Execute special projects promptly.
• Help set annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
