Job summary

Mike Hudson Dist is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, direct and optimize warehouse operations in Maryland. You will supervise material planning, storage, and timely product delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficiency.

The role demands leadership to drive productivity and profitability. You will partner with senior management, influence planning processes for launches, and build strong teams through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum five years in a high-level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Produce/food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecast to finished goods delivery.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participates in product planning to ensure timely material acquisition for launches.
• Oversees all warehouse operations for efficiency, timeliness and accuracy.
• Manages delivery of finished goods to customers and executes special projects on time.
• Helps establish annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hires, coaches and mentors staff; builds strong teams.
• Collaborates with all levels as part of the Executive Management Team.
