Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, load checking, loading and shipping.

You will direct staff, ensure safety and quality, coach performance, and drive process improvements across the distribution center. Strong leadership, communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in redistribution/distribution center.
• Experience with handheld RF unit; voice recognition is a plus.
• Powered industrial truck certification required after internal training.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure procedures, quality, and safety are followed.
• Mentor and evaluate staff; manage performance, development and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead staff in meetings, communicate policy changes, and foster engagement.
• Review procedures; adjust structure to improve efficiency, productivity, safety and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements; monitor safety and housekeeping.
