Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor in Gainesville, FL to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. The role emphasizes accuracy in order pulling, FIFO rotation, and safe, efficient processes within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong inventory control knowledge, and experience with warehouse software. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus and benefits; join a dynamic distribution team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating daily activities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures.
• Experience with warehouse learning management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff for productivity and safety.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and proper sequencing for shipments.
• Maintain FIFO processes and proper stock rotation for all received goods.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with health and safety programs.
• Utilize WMS and other tech to maximize productivity and analyze performance.
