Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Carteret, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting, equipment oversight, staffing, safety, and reporting.

You will drive efficiency in sorting, coordinate with linehaul and last-mile teams, and ensure SLA adherence in a high-volume environment. The role requires hands-on experience with automated sorting equipment, familiarity with WMS and scanning systems, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines.
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics and SLA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agency workers.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the automated parcel sorting process.
• Oversee staff, including staffing agencies, and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, downtime, and optimize workflows.
