Job summary

Rise Technical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and lead a team of 5 across warehouse and shipping. The role balances floor work with ERP system coordination to ensure on-time processing.

We require proven warehouse management or logistics experience with strong leadership and ERP system experience; an Associate’s degree in business or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems to manage transactions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 across warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, cycle counts, picking, receiving, and domestic/international shipments.
• Spend ~50% on the warehouse floor and ~50% managing orders and inventory via ERP.
