Job summary

Rise Technical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and lead a team of 5 across warehouse and shipping. The role balances floor work with ERP system coordination to ensure on-time processing.

We require proven warehouse management or logistics experience with strong leadership and ERP system experience; an Associate’s degree in business or logistics is preferred.

Are you a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Logistics Supervisor, looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a warehouse operations and progress into broader multi-site responsibilities?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business at a large-scale warehouse facility, where you will take full responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and the performance of your team.

You will lead a team of 5 across warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and all goods are received and shipped on time. With the business continuing to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to make a key contribution to the operation while building towards broader multi-site management responsibilities.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will split your time between the warehouse floor and ERP system, coordinating orders, managing inventory, completing cycle counts, and overseeing shipping and receiving activities. You will also play a key role in developing the team, maintaining safety standards, and the overall upkeep of the warehouse operation.

This role would suit a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or similar warehouse leader with experience using ERP systems and overseeing warehouse operations, looking for a hands-on position where they can make a genuine impact and progress into broader management responsibilities.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of 5 across warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, cycle counts, picking, receiving, and domestic/international shipments.
• Spend approximately 50% on the warehouse floor and 50% managing orders, transactions, and inventory through the ERP system.

The Candidate:

• Proven warehouse management or logistics experience with strong hands-on leadership and people-management skills.
• MUST HAVE ERP SYSTEM EXPERIENCE, with experience managing transactions, orders, inventory, or similar warehouse processes.
• Associate’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, alongside experience with warehouse management and shipping; international shipping experience is highly desirable.
