Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our Orlando facility. You will lead a high-volume team, ensure timely ship-outs, adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, and maintain accurate reporting and records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse operations with supervision, a preference for an AA degree, and experience in a 24/7 union-influenced setting. We offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.”

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations with team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted).
• Forklift instructor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation; focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
• Experience working in (or around) union environments - union background a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and monitors day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives for shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness.
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times; ensures compliance with regulations.
• Communicates with associates to ensure adherence to productivity, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Maintains time records, daily logs, damage reports and related paperwork.
• Monitors product damage and audits routes for reliable delivery.
• Plans and schedules manpower.
• Coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
