Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking an Orlando-based Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution center, ensuring timely shipping, product rotation, safety, and quality. You will drive 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment, guiding a diverse team to meet performance goals.

You’ll oversee staffing plans, monitor metrics, and coordinate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly, while upholding food-safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in warehouse or distribution operations with supervision experience.
• AA degree preferred; forklift instructor certification is a plus.
• Strong safety, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency with warehouse reporting systems and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to meet objectives.
• Monitor loading, dispatch, receiving times while complying with regulations.
• Communicate with associates to ensure safety and productivity.
• Plan manpower and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
