Qualifications

• AA degree and forklift instructor certification are required.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of safety policies, food handling and regulatory standards (OSHA, USDA, HAACP).
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and clerical tasks to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Schedule and monitor associate activities and equipment use to meet objectives.
• Communicate with associates to ensure compliance with productivity, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Prepare and review reports and records such as time logs and damage reports.
• Plan manpower and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
