Overview

Tremendous opportunity for experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join an established and growing team in Groveport. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse workers in specific departments such as shipping, receiving, inventory, packing, returns, and similar. Duties will include hiring, training, work planning, directing work, and related responsibilities. This is an onsite, permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse workers in departments such as shipping, receiving, inventory, packing, and returns.
• Hire, train, and develop staff.
• Plan and direct work to meet schedule and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product flow.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon‑Fri 6am–2:30pm
• W/E – Saturday – Tuesday 6am–4:30pm
• W/E – Weds‑Sun 6am–2:30pm
• Seasonal 2nd Shift – may work any of the other shifts all year except Nov/Dec, which will be 2nd Shift 3:00pm–11:30pm Mon‑Fri

Compensation

Pay rate will be $65,000+ annually DOE with a strong bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years distribution and fulfillment warehouse experience
• 1 year leadership experience in a warehouse environment, preferably a 3PL (3rd party logistics)
• Experience operating WMS (warehouse management system)
• HSD or equivalent
