Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a range of material handling duties in the warehouse, including load in/load out, inventory, receiving and shipping. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional deliveries, and adherence to safety policies.

Local travel is expected, with a safety-sensitive environment and potential for varied shifts. The position emphasizes operating safely, maintaining clean facilities, and supporting team operations with accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• If operating a vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong math skills are needed.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of material handling duties in the warehouse.
• Handle load in/load out, inventory, receiving and shipping tasks.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload installer trucks and adhere to Load In/Load Out policies.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, verify outbound orders for accuracy, perform stock counts and restocking.
• Receive inbound shipments, process returns and report damaged freight to management.
• Maintain, clean and organize the facility; inspect incoming material orders.
• Cycle count inventory and store items securely; report wear or defects.
