Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years analyzing data associated with processes, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate the warehouse operations and staff.
• Ensure proper execution of policies for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile inventory and shipments.
• Schedule and manage team within labor and budget constraints to meet facility demands.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain and inspect equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
