Job summary

Dometic in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead inventory control and distribution operations across our Elkhart facilities. You will own inventory accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and manage cross-functional projects to optimize service levels and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience with WMS/ERP systems. Onsite work is expected in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/distribution or logistics operations.
• Strong inventory control skills including cycle counting, slotting, replenishment, multi-site management.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority.
• Solid project management experience and ability to deliver multiple initiatives on time.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with WMS/ERP platforms and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory across facilities and ensures accuracy, replenishment, and KPI integrity.
• Leads continuous improvement to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels.
• Manages projects from scope to execution and tracks progress.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and drives corrective actions.
• Provides supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed.
• Supports growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.
