Job summary

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory across facilities, drive continuous improvement, and manage projects to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

You will lead cycle counts, replenishment, and multi-site inventory while partnering with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce growth and onsite operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
• Experience with WMS and ERP platforms, focusing on process improvements
• Leadership experience with accountability and driving performance across teams

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory across facilities, including accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and KPI data integrity
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels
• Manages projects from scope definition to execution
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensures accountability on open action items and process gaps
• Supports e-commerce and direct-to-consumer growth with performance focus
