About the Role

In this position, you will set the direction and strategy for your team, assess and improve daily process flows, and collaborate with management to meet objectives and comply with regulations. You will oversee daily operations, provide performance feedback, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Leadership in hiring, training, and resource management is essential, along with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to meet operational KPIs and quality standards
• Assess and improve process flows for efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Participate in project teams and develop KPIs for performance monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience

Additional Information

Schedule: 13:30 - 22:00. Travel may be required. Relocation benefits are not available. Salary range: $66,400 - $123,220, based on experience and location. Roche offers comprehensive benefits and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
